Benchmark College organized a special Career Counselling session about how to apply to the Pakistan Army and prepare for the ISSB exam by honorable Army Selection Officials including Sir Brig. Aaraf Hussain, Ex president ISSB and current advisor to AG in selection matters, Sir Maj. Babar, Psychologist at Army selection and recruitment Center and Sir Maj. Faizan, Assistant Selection and Recruitment officer. Sir Brig. Aaraf Hussain briefed the students about the exciting recruitment journey that starts with registration, followed by an initial test encompassing verbal, non-verbal, and general knowledge segments. Successful candidates proceed to physical and medical examinations. An Inter-Services Selection Board (ISSB) test evaluates candidates, and the final Merit-based selection occurs at General Headquarters (GHQ). Serving the nation in the Pakistan Army offers enduring educational prospects, professional development, progression in the career and character building. The Pakistan Army instills a special bond in the youth with the Motherland along with a sense of duty, integrity and honour. The session concluded by an interactive Q&A round and an award ceremony.
